Rainbow Skilled Nursing Community was beautifully remodeled in 2007. We are ready to serve your loved one with our 106 bed health care community featuring private and semiprivate quarters. We offer 24-hour, licensed nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse. At Rainbow, we strive to maintain the highest level of Elder-oriented services. Physical health oriented services include various therapies, pharmacy services, special diets and care and supervision.

We are concerned about the whole person as well. Our activities program provides Elders with a variety of activities to stimulate body tone, challenge mental alertness and promote social interaction. There is a beauty/barber shop on premises.
